We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund or cancel your services. 1. Refund Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Web Design & Development Services: Refunds for web design and development services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the initial design mockup, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery of the mockup. Refunds will not be issued after the approval of the design mockup and commencement of the development phase.
  • SEO Services: Due to the nature of SEO services, which require ongoing work and time to show results, refunds are not provided for SEO services once work has commenced. However, we are committed to working with you to achieve the best possible outcomes and address any concerns you may have.
  • Social Media Management Services: Refunds for social media management services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 14 days, you may request a partial refund for the unused portion of the service.

1.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain Names and Hosting: Fees for domain name registration and hosting services are non-refundable once the registration or hosting period has begun.
  • Third-Party Services: Any third-party services or products purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Web Design & Development Services

  • You may cancel your web design and development services at any time prior to the approval of the design mockup without incurring any cancellation fees. To cancel, please contact us at support@webixit.com.
  • If you cancel after the approval of the design mockup but before the completion of the development phase, you will be responsible for payment of the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

2.2 SEO Services

  • SEO services may be canceled at any time by providing written notice to support@webixit.com. Please note that due to the nature of SEO work, any progress and improvements made will cease upon cancellation, and no refunds will be issued for work already performed.

2.3 Social Media Management Services

  • Social media management services may be canceled at any time by providing written notice to support@webixit.com. If you cancel within the first 14 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the unused portion of the service. After the initial 14 days, no refunds will be provided.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancel your services, please contact us at support@webixit.com with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The service you wish to cancel or for which you are requesting a refund
  • The reason for the refund or cancellation request

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

4. Changes to This Policy

Webix IT Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our website and updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
